The beef in tomato sauce and green olives is a rumbustious strong flavored mediterranean dish, don’t think of just greece, don’t think of just span, its the mediterranean
- Beef cut into big cubes
- Finely chopped onions
- Chopped garlic
- Green olives
- Chopped tomatoes
- Tomato sauce
In a pot with lots of olive oil, saute the chopped onions and garlic than add the beef and brown it well.
Add the green olives, the chopped tomatoes, cover and let it simmer for about 2 hours.
