Glamorgan Vegetarian Sausage

QS: Elderflower Champagne
Ingredients:
- Goat cheese
- Chopped onions
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Chopped nuts
- Salted bacon
Finely chop the cheese and mix it with the onions, eggs and breadcrumbs. Shape into tiny sausages. Roll the sausages in breadcrumbs and nuts mixture. Grease a pan with the bacon and pop the sausages in for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Tip: According to Floyd, each sausage has several sides
