Vietnamese Pha

A classic Vietnamese dish for early morning breakfast made by floyd’s luxurious style


  • Beef Filet
  • Pre cooked rice noodles
  • Beef stock
  • Marrow bones
  • Cloves
  • Star anises
  • Chinese medicinal nuts
  • Black peppercorns
  • Burned onion for color and flavor
  • White radish
  • Ginger

Cut the beef filet into very, very thin slices (you can have the beef slightly frozen to help you cut)

Put the noodles in a bowl, add the beef slices, onions and spring onions, covering with the hot beef stock.
Adding bean sprouts, chilies (as many as you can stand), chopped spring onions and raw egg yolk.

    One actually needs a recipe for making the stock, and that most important part is missing here.
