- Bitten eggs
- Fresh thyme
- Garlic (Chopped rough or sliced)
- Sliced onions fried in Lard (pig's fat)
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh tomatoes chopped and skinned
- Red and green peppers
- Salt and pepper
Put lard in a pan and sauté the red and green papers until little soft then add the onions. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and parsley, let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add the eggs and stir around.
Serve with fried bread and red glass of wine.
