I don't entirely agree... to start with... all that's not very... hum
Red wine in lowball (!)

Ingredients:

  • Bitten eggs
  • Fresh thyme
  • Garlic (Chopped rough or sliced)
  • Sliced onions fried in Lard (pig's fat)
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh tomatoes chopped and skinned
  • Red and green peppers
  • Salt and pepper
Put lard in a pan and sauté the red and green papers until little soft then add the onions. Add the garlic, salt, pepper and parsley, let it simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add the eggs and stir around.

Serve with fried bread and red glass of wine.
