Glamorgan Vegetarian Sausage

The next bit is my contribution to vegetarian cookery, something really close to my hearth. Get it? Can’t stand that stuff…

QS: Elderflower Champagne


  • Goat cheese
  • Chopped onions
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Chopped nuts
  • Salted bacon

Finely chop the cheese and mix it with the onions, eggs and breadcrumbs. Shape into tiny sausages. Roll the sausages in breadcrumbs and nuts mixture. Grease a pan with the bacon and pop the sausages in for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Tip: According to Floyd, each sausage has several sides 🙂
