Vegetables Soup

I’m going to cooke you a 3 course meal, using typical perigord ingredients , from the humblest to the most expensive available


  • Fresh green beans (or if dried, soaked in water for a night)
  • Potatoes
  • Tomatoes
  • Rosemary
  • Speck (Fat bacon)
  • Carrots (floyd uses baby carrots)
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Thyme
  • Bay leaves
  • Ashee (finly chopped pearsly, garlic and fat bacon)

Simmer together all vegetables for an hour and half in water and little salt. Add the Ashee and simmer for another half an hour.
